Pain in liver after 6 weeks of Anavar!

I have some pain on the right side of stomach, where liver is, after 6 weeks of Anavar at 80-100 mg/day.
Any of you got same problem? Should I continue or stop using Anavar?

Any help or explanation to the problem is welcome.

    Thank you in advance!

If u r sure you think it's your liver than stop taking or at ther very least cut the dose and get blood work done. Only you know if something is wrong, so don't take any chances and go find out for sure. I did 60mgs a day with no problem. But everyone is different. Good luck

I had a problem with anadrol at 100mg. It felt like an ake in the liver area. I stop taking it and the pain went away. Anavar is much milder and never heard of any problems with it. I would get off and play it safe.

That is exactly what I feel, an ake in the liver area. I think I'll stop with anavar and in future go only with injections, no orals.

It's been one and a half day since I stopped taking anavar(80-100mg/day,6 weeks) and now I don't feel any ake in liver area anymore. Nice.

    I think he meant 80mg - 100mg, not 80 - 100 quantity.

you sure its your liver mate, the liver is situated just under the lower part of your rib-cage......................

    Hi,

I didn't take as much as you, i took 40/50mg a day, but on the 5th week i started getting serious pains, i ate a fair bit of fibre and all the var bloat was gone and so was the pain! Var makes you really bloated, you sure it's not epic trapped wind?

Trapped wind and constipation is not fun I had to get off an X trainer, go into the toilet release some toxic fumes quite often - but after I had the pain went away!

Of course, it wouldn't be your liver because you'd be taking Milk Thistle daily and drinking plenty of water and of course keeping away from the alcohol!

its not your liver that is hurting..like Booz said your liver is located under the lower part of your rib cage (upper right quadrant)..not by your stomach..and the liver itself typically doesnt cause pain or discomfort..and if your liver was causing problems you would probably have some other symptoms of liver trouble..i dont think you have to worry much for 6 weeks of anavar..hepatoxicity is overexaggerated alot.

Based on my own experiences we are little anxious and generalised anxious disorder prone subculture. We want better and healthier body but we are putting in to them substances with potential to harm... well there is nice neurotic situation. Conflict betwen id (child in us) and superego the moral and ethic supervisor.

Id want be bigger, ripped and also our superego told us we can and are propably hurting ourselfs not now but latter in life we can expect somethink... unsayed threat, hidden under your consiousness and penetrate like pure somatic symptom.

In my case last cycle urinating problems and now unstable blood preasure and paroxysmal tachycardia with high level of panic. "Look what you done to you your heart must be enlarged your coronary vesels obturated, you can breath your heart is beating and you will be invalid for rest of your life..." this is my neurotic thinking. All is worsen when I check puls or use bp monitor.

Before I fell my liver preasure under or on my lower right ribcage almost thru my cycle. Was watching my stool, my eye balls and always was concernet about my hair. This is pure neurotic behavior and AS and posible side efects is just primer.

Try think about it!!! I pass all doc exams all negative but still feel like ill. Problems is in my head I experinced derealisation episode mild depression and all thanks to my nature plus worry about my health and some personal problems (bad people contact, ilness of my dog, stress from exams).

My problems dont disapear after my slef cognitive bahavior therapy but Iam happy all time like you put down chains what wrap me in world of fear for more than year.

Thats my experince can be used generaly but as seen many of you bro had problems... are using AD or benzos. This will just hidde problem not fix it. Anti-depress. are for reallly ill people and they take you somethink. Your bad fellings but also your good fellings. Than you dont fell pain but are also emotional (and with SSRI real) impotent.

For your peace go to doc ask for liver panel. When there will be all good. Try recognise your thinking or behavior in moment when it will start hurt.

Not likely, Var is far too mild to cause any inflammation.
Upper intestinal pain is far more probable.

Once again, it felt like an ake on the right side, under rib-cage, where liver is. Now it's been 10+ days since I stopped Anavar(80mg-100mg/day, for 6 weeks) and I didn't feel any ake for the last 10 days. All that went away.

I know what was a problem, or at least I suspect something. I didn't drink gallons of water a day as many of you do. Maybe, all in all it was 1-1,5 liter a day.

Authentic liver pain, though rare, is often higher on the organ and typically reported as discomfort (SEE ABOVE LINK). I’m not saying your pain was false or discounting Var's responsibility, but as stated earlier in the thread this was likely intestinal pain. Var is notorious for causing gastro disturbances, in that area which masquerade as liver trouble.
