Greetings to all of you, I have been lurking around here for some time and am now taking the plunge, so please be honest and go easy on me!
A little backround on myself. 36 y/o 6'2 235 21%bf. I have been training for six months steadily and have made more gains in the way of bf loss than actual muscle mass,(27%-21%) my diet was so so for the first moth or so, but for the last five it has been very clean with the exception of some occasional red wine or vodka. My ultimate goal is 220 12-14% bf, with continued strength gains. I have never used aas, but they are a part of future consideration. My job requires muscular strength, as well as muscular endurace so i dont want to sacrafice any strength at this point.
I have used many diiferent protien supplements, some better than others and was wondering if anyone has any recomendations or experience that could point me in the best direction? I could do more research but it would seem that you all could help me cut through the chase.
Any advice about the protein or other recomendations would be great.
