injection vein

I inject in my left and right delt twice a week with 25ga 1" needles.
I am having trouble not hitting my vein, and when i aspirate, no blood comes in. But then i aspirated again, and blood came in. I am having trouble keeping the needle still. Any help with this?

Bro...My suggestion if you aspirated and got no blood inject the compound...Are you shaking while you inject???..what do you mean keeping the needle still??..three steps bro..inject,aspirate,push the plunger....oh yeah remove..lol

I find it hard to aspirate when shooting delts, if you got blood you should abort. Shoot quads, ass, arms, rotate bro...

I only aspirated twice because i felt a little burn. then the blood come in (just a little though). But its not me shaking... no problem with the needles. Its just hard to aspirate and hold it steady.

you should try other injection sites like was stated earlier. its best to inject where you can use both hands. one to hole the syringe and the other to hold the plunger.
