Assuming your diet is in check and your calories are not too low. No it wont affect your cycle. It is recommended that you actually perform cardiovascular exercise during a cycle to maintain proper health.

i would listen to jay, cardio is good for training the heart. you can look big and good, but not a lot people are healthy
