I have just noticed tonight that my belly button is starting to push out a bit. I know I have seen this on bodybuilders etc but it had never happened to me. I am guessing its an early sign of a herniated belly button. Its really soft, it feels odd to the touch and appears to be poking out a bit? Is this from lifting too heavy of weight or what. My previous thread have been about high blood pressue and my testes riding up and now this! No I am not making this crap up I wish I was. My BP is back on point after cutting creatine and sodium out. What can I do about my belly button?
