    Resting on PCT

    normally while on a cycle i go 6 on 1 off. what's the deal while on PCT? it is smarter to take more time off to rest?

    As long as your nutrition is on and you're feeling good i say keep it the same...Listen to your body ...if you're feeling tired take that xtra day off...remember you're not as strong and your body recovers from workouts a bit slower when OFF cycle.

    I only train 4 days per week even when ON.

    I'd keep your schedule the same during cycle. As an aside though, I'd consider breaking your current schedule up to prevent any burnout. How about 2 on 1 off?

    To each his own and you know what works for you. I up my workouts to 5 or 6 days a week while on due to the increase in muscle recovery. I then back it down to 4 or 5 depending on how I feel.
