Take some WMS, Creatine and BCAA's right when you get done lifting. Then drink a whey shake 20-30 min later.
take the weight gainer, add whey protein, blend, and drink. simple. then eat a good healthy meal an hour or so later.
can i mix creatine in with my shake?
So right after i workout i take my weight gain shake. followed by some creatine and bcaas. 30 mins later i take whey, 30 mins after that i eat?
one serving in my gainer shake is 55grams of protein, i don't think i need n e whey way half an hour later

i dont wanna hyjack but i end my workout an hour before i go to bed should i do the same or take my whey and save weight gainer for morning time
I'd say at the very least you need some weight gainer/pwo shake. If you don't spike your insulin after then the whey is pretty useless...

I take 1 scoop of whey with breakfast and 3 scoops before bed. Gainer PWO.
or you can get casien protien and take that before bed and in the morning take eggwhite shake
ok so an hour before bed isnt to much sat fat or calories from weightgainer? im going to be doing as u said before and take the bcaa,creatine and wms then 30mins later either gainer or whey
your going to be getting alot of carbs from the wms so dont use your gainer use whey
ok let me tell u what I have like I said I'm going 2 start my working out in february I have animal pak vitamins, *****-3 / ***** 6 fish oil, micronized glutamine 1000, mri ce2 ester creatine, no2 black, amino 2000, whey gold standard & a b.s hgh complete by fountain of youth pills so am I missing anything do I need a weight gainer also I don't have plans on taking all this stuff some 1 just tell me or give me in idea on taking these supplaments

glutamine in morning and before bed. creatine, aminos after w/o. half vitamins in morning and 12hours later. no black 30minets before w/o. and if you want to put on serious size gainer morning and before bed
thats what i have and i love the stuff taste great too
forget gainers they are nothing but whey + sugar. There is only one way to gain quality muscle and that is to EAT.
For PWO I take WMS+creatine then 15-20 mins later whey protein isolate. Then 45 mins later a good meal of lean pro and complex carbs.
Id recommend N-Large2 by ProLabs...tastes GREAT in chocolate, bout 52 G protein every 4 scoops so its not too thick, no nasty sweetner added, good carbz, about 5 g fat... All the amino acids too... AWESOME Stuff.. been downing them for over 5 years now, I should own stock in the company I buy so mich of that crap!!! good luck comrade!
