I have been using this site for a year or two off and on and just recently joined. I think it is a great way to learn and share ideas.
Answering the same questions over and over, with little resentment and straight honest answers, it is a great service.
I have recommended this site to countless people, who spin their wheels in the gym, thinking they know it all. Especially, when it comes to AAS, it is amazing how many take whatever they can get their hands on, without research or even a basic understanding of what they are doing. PCT? I can name 20 guys whom haven't got a clue of what this is.
I try to help, but I find that it is a waste of my time. I ran into a kid today I haven't seen in a while who obviously has decided on AAS, taking winny at 100mgs a day and mass tabs and is trying to "score" some d-bol. It doesn't matter what I told him today, PCT? forget it, planning out a cycle why? working more than chest and bi's ? why would he do that ?
I get frustrated, because these are the folks that taint people's opinions about AAS.
So props to all those who stick it out and try to help others, I certainly appreciate it.
