I am doing a test cyp cycle, and since i cant drink milk, i drink a gallon of soymilk a week, mixed with my protien powders.
a trainer at the gym told me to avoid soy milk, since it is high in estrogen, or it increases estrogen levels.
He said i should no consume any more than a quart of soymilk a week.
sounds insane to me, but has anyone else heard of this?
