I'm 30 yrs old and lifted weights for bodybuilding since I was 21. I haven't lifted weights for exactly 1 year do to losing my work-out partner and most of all brother. My brother was killed in a car accident two days after Christmas of 06. I couldn't stand to go back into the gym without him since he died. I know he would want me to lift again and I'm ready. My brother and I cycled a few times the wrong way, "without learning all the how-to's and what not to do's" This site has incredible information and I'm glad to be a part of it.
