High RBC and red skin on cycle

    i been cycling a long time now - 4 years i think

in the last 6 months i have noticed my skin turning red

so bad that people have been pointing it out to me at the gym
it seems to be worse on my back

i thought perhaps this was due to a high RBC while being on so got my levels checked - however they were found to be in the normal range

i asked my doc and she said it was most probably the capillaries in my body expanding

she didnt seem to think anything could be done about this however???

i also seem to notice small blue/black 'blotches' around the top of my back and shoulders - almost like bruises?

    anyone else experience this?

i would say its flushing, which is your capillaries expanding. just tan more. and if you have small black and blue blotches it could be bursted blood vessels. i get really red when i work out. but im mostly irish blooded so thats easy for me.

Yah I have a lot of Irish in me... but I don't look Irish at all... I get really red in the area that I am training that day i.e.- quads... I don't know if it's related to the fact I am 50 % Irish or not... regardless..

if all your bloodwork checks out man then I wouldnt be worried so much... tanning works... but like me I can't tan because I cherish my tattoos too much.. hahaha
