I have read several places that you should wait for 15 weeks if you were on a 10 week cycle, so basicly take time and a half off. Is this the rule of thumb or more like a minimum time? What are some times that you all like to take off between cycles? I'm looking for the best combination of getting good gains again and being able to start within a few months. What I'm really askin is obviously if you only wait 5 weeks you wont see hardly any gains, but do you really need to wait 6 months to see those big gains again?
