hey guys first of all thanks for reading my thread. i looked at some sources around here and the article of novice, inter, advance BUT still i just want to make sure. i just want to know what cycle will be the BEST for beginners who are over 30 and never have experience of doing any cycle.
example 1
age-30
height-157cm
current weight-72kg (about 158lbs)
contest weight-65kg
basically this guy needs to bulk and lose a lot of weight, his a very healthy guy with no high blood pressure no diabetes and tried to go natural for so long he just cant get bigger.

age-39
height-176cm
current weight-84kg (about 184lbs)
contest weight-80kg
this guy has the same situation as example 1
my concern is that these are old guys who wants juice it up for their last contest of their life. what u guys recommend?
