Same difference if you ask me.. You could make two batches, one with each one and see if you think there is a difference.. I prefer a third oil because it seems to make shots less painful.

Also, some people can be allergic to one or the other, so it all depends.

SESAME/COTTONSEED/ some brewers use GRAPSEED OIL

no I heard that they use both when pharmacy mixes it up and one or the other oils can have side affects.
