    strength gains

    as of now all my weights stay the same for a month or so then jump 20 pounds will this be the same while on cycle???

    If on each lift you are getting 20lbs stronger per month you should not cycle, you should wait till you reach your natural potential and plateau for a while.

    great advice if you can get that natrualy right now there is now point and messing that up with a cycle

    sorry i ment 10 pounds not that it matters because im still not pateuing just correcting the mistake
