Well I saw a bunch of research and studies done in the past month on Beta-Alanine so i decided to go out and give it a shot.
Not easy to find, so as for trying this out I went to GNC (shoot me). Simple and not too $$$.
Anyways It was like 20$ BOGO so I got 2 for 30$.
Per dose is 4 tabs = 3.2g.
So From what I been reading some studies do what they call a "Saturation period"
I'm doing 6.4G daily.
Then after 4 weeks, they do 3.2g a day as a "Maintenance phase" like creatine, load then Maintenance
So My first dose I took 4 tabs 3.2g and then like 20 mins later I felt all tingly and itchy, mainly my ear was itching.
This side effect is normal based on the dosage whereas with the time released versions of it like Biotest it slowly get into your system = no side effects.
All in all I don't mind taking it 4 times a day.
Anyways I'm doing 1.6g 4 times a day with food and don't get the sides anymore, also In the gym I can punch out more reps and I'm more intense and I don't fatigue as easy.
So for beta-alanine for me, my review is it works and it is awesome AKA (the next creatine)
For more in depth detail and what not listen to this mp3 broadcast, this is a very in depth broadcast, id recommended listening to it.
The broadcast explains basically how it works and what not with Carnosine and the difference between L-alanine and Beta-alanine and why you can't just take 6g of Carnosine and get the same affect as beta-alanine

Right Now Im stacking for my bulking cycle.
Code:
Creatine Monohydrate + Beta-Alanine + JW + PA + LD
So far my strengths have went up alot and intensity has kicked up a crap load.
