Just a new member guys loving the site and the help you can find on here. been reading up for a couple of weeks now as i was thinking about helping my physique a little. decided to get a good year perhaps more of solid lifting and diet under my belt before i look for any help. Just wanted to say i wouldnt know what i do now if it wasnt for the imput from some of you guys. i would have done some damage and not gotten the most out of myself. im new to bulking up as i have trained sports specific my whole life, but im looking forward to learning more, researching now and getting a little help along the way. maybe even help someone out in the same position in the future.
