Is the Puffyness Gyno?

Hey guys, it's the first time running dbol (of course with test).. and I was just wondering if the puffyness of my nipples is just water retention, they are not sensitive nor are there any lumps, I have nolva and letro on hand but am trying to avoid blocking estrogen to maximize gains.

Doesn't have to be, as everyone else said it's probably just water from the bloat.

Symptoms, like sore or itchy nipples, usually comes a while before the gyno starts to grow. I've had symptoms on multiple cycles, and in one case I even had to go with symptoms for 1,5 weeks without any nolva (was on vacation), when I got back home I started nolva and during that time I didn't develop any gyno at all.
