    Need some advice bros

    So I am now living with my brother who happens to drink and smoke. I can not stand the smoking at all (makes me feel sick) the drinking is fine, except I work on saturdays and sunday at 8 in the morning, it is currently 4:42 am and I have not slept one bit, I was close to falling asleep but then all his friends came over and I can not sleep...My school is very important to me and I do not want to mess shit up with the family, but he wont stop even if i asking him to...should I go ahead and move out?

    I have been living here less than a week now, my school is very important to me, it is definitely more important to me than his feelings...

    sounds like you answered you're own question.........move out if his lifestyle is bothering you. Not to sound like your mother, but you probably should have checked into how he was going to live before you moved it.

    thanks bro, i knew how he was, I just thought he was going out and coming in late, you know that on his own watch...I did not realize it would interfere with my life..

    I got an apt with my brother and he tries to bring all his friends over and smoke too...I just make them all go on the balcony...

    I'd try to talk to him first, but Soccer is probably right. If money is an issue, as a student I'm sure it is.....look for another roomie situation....but INTERVIEW first. You have a place to live now so you can be selective and look until you find a place you are comfortable with.
