23 yrs old..5'11, 206lbs at a "supposed" 10.5% bf (according to the GNC fat calipers, i dont see my abs though)...
I've messed with juice before but I've never got the body I always wanted wanted...Probably for many reasons, diet, fake drugs, and probably me being a jackass...anyway, this cycle I think is gonna do the trick...
Goal... Get abs, increase lean muscle, and god dammit, get the body I've always wanted..(Men's fitness model) 18 arms, abs, everything in proportion...Obviously I am aware that this ONE cycle won't do all that, but I'm just letting u know...
Plan...20 minutes of cardio ED in morning on empty stomach
Lift 1 heavy week ( hight sets, low reps), and 1 light weak, ( low sets, high reps)
Meal plan... Eat clean 6-8 meals, only whole grains and veggies as carbs eaten all before 7pm, massive amounts of protein with each meal, plus protein at 3 shakes a day at 40gs of 100% gold standard whey...
Now on to drugs....
600mg of EQ
600mg of Test cyp
50mg of Winny Tabs from BD...
Questions...
1.) Should I front load the EQ, I've read about it and it makes sense but then again I rather get more opinions from more experienced people???
2.) I have enough winnies to run 100mg ed for 45 days = 6 weeks, which is perfect timing to get off winny, should I do that or stick with 50mg ed...???
3.) Is it necessary to go any higher that 600 for test Cyp??? i have one friend who exploded to 1.2 grams of test and then another who never passed 500 and is exploding too
