i take time released vitamin c 1g and 500mg niacin, i think their good cause you dont need all the vitamin at once.JMO

i take gnc's megamens sport multi vitamin, it makes me feel so much better during the day, it is also time released, i wouldnt take a multi vitamin that wasnt time released though

kinda hard to say cause i haven't took any non time released in awhile. its usually only i dollar or two more so i just get em.

for a good multivitamin its def a lot more than a dollar or two for a months supply, more like 15-20, if not somebody inform me where

Have your vitamins with High fat meals, this should be Time Release enough

i get mine from puritanspride.com, i buy a bunch at a time. only gnc sells crap for 15-20.
