Everyone is going to start telling you to do research bro. Whats ur bf%? lifiting experience, diet, etc etc etc... Goals? need to be very specific bro.
I' ve read here and there, but their are so many roads to start with. 5'11/225, my stomach needs major work as of toning. My goal is to be toned(cutt), muscle down, not going pro here but just want size dog!
Help a bro out with some wisdom, I'm in miami so I could get anything down here. I read the rules no source give aways.
If it's cycle advice you want, read until you can propose a cycle and we will help you tweak it. There are a bazillion threads on beginner cycles, they aren't hard to find.
So I dont get it, you want size, but you want to "muscle down"? Either one or the other bro. Sounds like you just just be worrying about cardio right now and lift semi-heavy and eat light calz but HIGH protein every day. dont need juice yet sounds like your size is decent already. just iron out the diet.

How long did you try traditional for?
Before you try steroids, you need to eshaust a few other options.
The most AAS (androgenic anabolic steroids) can do for you is help maintain muscle while you lose fat, but at 225, at 5'11", my guess is you are 25%+ bodyfat, and losing fat at that level is easy.
The leaner you get, the harder it gets, but you need to attack it with a focused, and planned strategy.
Make a specific plan. Stick to it.
Get you calories < 1500 ED, and stick to that, also add in cardio 2* each day, for at LEAST 30 minutes.
Doing cardio I know sucks, but there are ways to make it interesting.
Get a treadmill, and put it in from of a TV set, with a Playstation.
Get a backpack, with about 25 or more extra pounds in it, and put it on.
Do at least 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill, at least 3mph, while you play a video game.
This way, you will forget you are even doing cardio, and it will not be like watching paint dry.
Do that twice a day, and at the same time be on a reduced calorie diet. No candy, pie, soda, juice etc... Anything overly high in sugar.
Take a daily vitamin too.
Breakfast; Raw Oats. Not the instant kind, but the original. You add a little bit of natural peanut butter for flavor, and a minimal amount of skim milk, and you will have all the carbs you need for the day.
Other meals will be lean meat, with veggies. baked chicken breast, deli-meat, whatever meat you like. A meal an also be 4 eggs too, or anything high in protien. Except for soy. Stay away from soy.
Try this stuff, and spend more time in the diet section, and the workout sections, and out of the AAS section, as at this point, AAS is NOT for you.
Not unless you got a medical condition in the form of low testosterone, but given your age, if you can grow decent facial hair, that is not an issue or you.
If it was, you would need to see a doctor (urologist) for treatment, not an AAS message board.
Good luck with the diet and cardio, it wont take long as long as you are consistent.

you should research and read the beginnere articles. Look at pct and find one then get your diet in check. Come up with a cycle and propose it and ask people to tweak it. Its a lot easier to do that then to just ask for a cycle

Thx a lot man this just helped me out too, i was thinking bout aas but the thing is that, ive been training on and off for the last 3 years, like 3 months yes 5-6 months no then again to the gym, and ive put on some muscle but then my bf shoot up, and right now im 5'7 194 lbs :/, with around 28% bf im talking a rough guess, and i was thinking about taking some sus 250 and deca in april to try to be good for the summer, but i was going into this the wrong way, and really didnt know what to do. Im kinda getting the idea now just gotta do some more research, now im thinking of just training for this whole year, and try to get my bf down to at least 15% and muscle up naturally, and maybe use aas next winter, but then again i got a friend thats gonna use aas in april and i dont wanna see him get huge and me just loose fat, thats my dilemma right now, i know this is someone elses thread but im new and kinda dont know where to go, any help would be REALLY appreciated btw im going to be 21 in april.
