If someone was to go to Japan for two weeks and to do constant daily grappling (Judo & BJJ) they would probably get very tired and worn out during that time. If that person was able to obtain some sort of oral steroids, and eat them for the 2 weeks, would that make a difference, to help his joints stay healthy and muscles recover more quickly from all the effort? This person isn't a bodybuilder, just a grappling athlete, and doesn't want to use needles.
Thanks very much for your advice!
ps. I'm sure proper purpose-specific pills would be ideal, but i even came across an odd post somewhere on this forum that said "I remember being in Japan around 2000 and one of those Yakult-type drinks that are sold at the pharmacy over the counter had 5 mgs. of methyltestosterone as one of the ingedients. So I don't think steroids are tightly controlled or regulated.
My liver hurts just thinking about that. Methyl testosterone is an OTC in many Asian countries as an ED remedy."
