    some help on a 1st cycle

    I am 30yrs old and am 5"9 my wieght is at 175 I have been hitting it hard for about 2 months and am on a great diet I just really want to kick start my results I am looking to cut up but at the sametime gain mass I have been researching alot of diffrent options I have been told eq stacked with test would be good but also winny with deca would also get me where I want to be so I am just wanting some opinions for good cycle to get the results that I want

    sounds like you've been doing alot of research.


    What about PCT?

    Have you only been lifiting for a total for 2 months since birth or you've just been "hitting it hard" for 2 months?

    Off and on and your not ready. Just starting out and your not ready. In order to maximize gains and reduce injury your going to want ot have a solid foundation where your joints/ligments are all up with howmuch you are lifting and how often you are working out. Throwing AAS in the mix will make for some problems. BUT to point out some things in your post, Deca and Winny would be a bad combination so just scratch that entire Idea. EQ is a very weak substance but for a novice user I believe it has its benefits when accompanied with test. Doesnt seem like lots of research has been done but 2 months bro, you have a lot of potential without AAS! How is your diet, have you compared it to that of the diets mapped out in the diet sections?

    I have been lifting on and off since about 17 but having a family and kids tend to to slow u down I have recently gone threw a divorce and am spending most of my spare time in the gym for the 2 months I have been hitting it I already have my bench at 260 I think thats alright considering the time off that I have had I am new to all this take it easy on me

    No problem bro! Just be willing to take in information you may or may not want to hear. Very experienced people on this board, some with good info and some with bad. Make sure to find out the proper information your looking for and go from there. Now with that said, what does your current diet look like?

    meal 1: 1 cup of oats (no sugar package oatmeal and a protein shake w/ milk or egg whites w/ one yolk

    meal 2: usually like lean turkey or lean sausage or even chicken and something green

    meal 3: cup of brown rice; something green (either salad or brocolli) and chicken (about 60g of protein)

    meal 4: usually my preworkout meal; 1 cup of oats, chicken, and something green

    meal 5: usually my postworkout meal: protein shake and maybe a banana

    meal 6: egg whites w/ one yolk

    I workout 5 days a week one body part a day

    Do you happen to know the cals/carbs/protein content of each meal by any chance? You could add more protein in there as well as some fats and up your carb intake. Have you checked out the diet section and the stickies on bulking at all?

    Check all the stickies out and youll find what is right for your needs. Give it some time before jumping into a cycle and muscle memory will start working and youll start growing. You still have room for improvement but at least are on the right track.
