I have read on the board that your not suppose to do proscar with deca. If that is the case, is saw palmetto the only thing you can take for your prostate when on the deca? Could you take it after you done with the deca, and would that help?

Personally I'd just go with EQ instead of deca....

I'm all ready set to go. I have 5000mg of Deca and 5000mg of sust. I'm just getting everything together before I start. Saw palmetto?

2% Nizoral shampoo and saw palmetto should work well.

proscar stops the conversion of dhn to active nandrolone, therefore leaving more dhn free in the scalp which in effect is more potent on the hair than dht however again, its personal for me fina/deca does not effect my hair at all
