training background i "was" a state quali wrestler at 189 and use to train a shit load until i stop wrestling and and started eating cookies and watching tv lol i have been lifting again and doing cardio my diet is in check, i was at 250 when i started i didnt take any kind of supplements i wanted to do it right the cycle i was thinking about is
deca 200mg/week for a 6 weeks
clen 20mcg-120mcg 2wks on 2wks off for 4wks
