im 25 195 5'9" been working out for several ears now, strenths there just not size, have had gyno from puberty and had it removed but will assume im gyno prone. anyway my stack is 500 Test E and 400 Deca Wk ill be doing half that dose 2 times a week to get those numbers. and will run for about 12 weeks

also my left nip is barely noticeable but i have a tiny about of gyno there that was left over from surgery. should i run letro or nova while on cycle

Dont run nolva with 19nors. Id opt for adex since its the weakest IMO but in your case aromasin or letro would be ok, i honestly thing letro is too strong and have never tried aromasin personally but a lot of people seem to go for that over letro.

what do you mean though by too strong, will it negatively affect gains? i know u need estrogen but unsure how it affects other substances

Yes, letro would negatively effect gains, and you should not use nolva with a 19nor. Be sure to stop the deca 2 weeks prior to stopping the test. What will your pct be?

I am running that same cycle, and I as well had gyno at puberty and had the majority removed. I'm taking .25ml of arimidex daily and I seem to be doing well, I'm on week 5 and I've shown no signs of tissue growth.

actually i dont, i need to get some, im not crazy big, im pretty fit , just stocky frame and body fat is like 14 now

about the dose i would be doing. i got 12 weeks of test E 500 a week and 400 deca a week for 12 weeks ( due just to funds) should i run test for 2 weeks then add deca that way the deca is run for 2 weeks after?

No, the test needs to be run for 2 weeks after you stop the deca. The idea is that the deca takes longer to clear your system than the test, and you don't want to start pct while there are still suppressive compounds in your system. If you stop test e and deca at the same time and then start pct 2 weeks later, you will be trying to restore your natural test levels while the deca is still suppressing them.

humm maybe front load the deca so shorten the time frame to 10 weeks and run the test E 12 weeks?

make sure you have hcg for pct the first time i ran deca with a nolva and test booster pct it was not enough
