    Switching Compounds for gains

I know that for guys who cycle year round, many will use a compound for 10-12 weeks and then switch to a new compound and go another 10-12 weeks before switching again.

If you ran Tren Ace for 10 weeks and then switch to Tren E would gains start to improve b/c you switched or is the ester not a big enough difference to start seeing more gains again?

You shouldn't be "on" all the time. Body needs time to recover from the chem. You wouldn't train 24/7 right? Personally, I wouldn't run tren for more than 10 weeks at the most. Tren is not a compound you should take lightly. If you have not achieved what you want, more chem is not the answer.

I think everyone should set a realistic goal at the beginning and stick to it. Line between use and abuse is very thin. Be safe bro.
