    Renewed Diet

    I was trying a low carb diet...however since starting my Methyl 1-D and Methyl Masterdrol cycle I changed it up. Let me know what you think.

    I am 6 foot 205lbs. around 14-15 percent body fat

    breakfast:
    plain oatmeal
    30g whey protein shake w/scoop peanutbutter
    fish oil

    pwo:
    30g whey protein shake w/scoop peanutbutter
    plain oatmeal
    fish oil

    30 min later:
    2 can tuna

    lunch:
    2 can tuna, veggies or salad

    snack:
    cottage cheese

    dinner:
    chicken breast, or steak
    veggies

    snack:
    30g whey protein shake w/scoop peanutbutter

    i think you have too many shakes. they work, but only in emergencies or PWO if you so choose. it really matters when you are eating those snacks and meals. i would go every two and a half to three hours. try it out for a few weeks and see how it goes. make necessary changes at that time. some people have success with shakes. others do not. maybe substitute a whole food source with your first meal. such as more tuna, chicken or fish. maybe even beef. but it it to the test and let us know how it goes.
