First I want to say what a great community this is! I have been lurking around for sometime reading lots of great posts and doing a lot of research! Many members here are great and it seems like everyone wants to see others succeed!
A little about me. I’m 30 years old and 6' 4 254lbs. I’m one of those guys who used to me in great shape, but some things in my life caused me to go down a path away from the gym and get very out of shape. I used to be a thrower in college and did well for myself naturally. When I left college at 23 I was around 245 and about 14% fat. I threw 58' in the shot put, 175' discus, and 225' in the javelin. After college I had a relationship go bad and lost a child. This crushed me and put me into a huge depression that lasted for the past 6 years. Well long story short I found myself at over 300 lbs and lost a lot of the muscle I worked so hard to get. Pathetic I know, but shit happens to us all. Well I found myself hating life, hating everything that once meant a lot to me. I don’t know how many of you guys fight depression, but it’s a very complex thing to understand and deal with. I started eating better and doing some cardio work when I had time. I’ve been lifting for about the past 6 months hard and have lost almost 60 lbs, but still have a gut i'm trying to get rid off.
I’m not going to take any aas as of right now and yes I know i’m not ready for it. I joined the site because a friend showed me the way to this site. I’m here to learn and learn. I might consider a clen cycle in the upcoming months, but nothing decided yet.
