    New guy from SA

    Hi Guys, Have to say this is a flippen brilliant site. Very informative and the members are really helpfull!!!
    Can't wait to learn more from everyone.

    My goal is to do the natural thing for now and try to put my body through its limits and then get some good advice from u all.

    6'4 , 225 at the moment. Wanna bring down my body fat.

    Looking forward to the future.
