Do you have to use both, AI(Cycle) and Serm(pct) in a cycle to be completely safe? Or will AI do the job by its self? Just Read LMR's post and others on PCT.

what are you running? An AI will stop(slow) the estrogen production where a SERM will compete with estrogen for receptors. I try to stay away from AIs during a cycle but some cases you need them.

then you do not want to use a SERM because on tren like other 19-nors nolva or clomid will make gyno worse. Use an AI at low levels and increase as needed.

Correct.. Nolva increses PgR .. So it gives more for the tren, deca's metabolites to bind too. Thus possibly increasing your chances of getting gyno ..
