never leave home w/o my pro. powder/ bars etc.. on a budget u can get a 5 lb. body fortress whey canister for around 35$ or so..
wrong section but the only supps i use is protein and creatien
well if your diet is in check then the good food you eat IS ultimately your supplements.
glutamine will most likely be in your basic protein shakes. its mainly used post-workout to aid is muscle recovery. also glutamine is supposed to rid people of their urge to drink alcohol......thats what "they" said. lol
