I am new here I'm 27 years old, 6'2", 210lbs. I do a few different work outs out of my basement with weights barbels, but mainly do push ups, squats, sit ups, crunches dips etc... I run on my Eliptical more then anything. I've never cycled or really taken any supplements.
I am sick of not getting faster results and to be honest I just don't have time to work out for 2 hours + a day. I was 236lbs last year and worked out about two hours a day from my basement and dropped down to 185lbs. I am now back to a steady 210 lbs and want to get ripped. I don't want to gain muscle I just want to burn the fat on me as fast as possible. I basically want to burn my fat within a few months and once it's burned just keep it off with cardio. Steroids, supplements, workouts I don't care. I'm willing to do anything. I'd prefer to stay away from roids but if that's my only answer I am not totally against it. I need to burn the fat as fast as possible bottom line.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
