    Little advice needed please....

    whats up guys gonna be starting my cycle soon . been reading alot of stuff but gettin a few mixed reviews from my buddys at the gym and since u guys are the best here maybe u can help... wanna loose some extra pounds and then bulk up as well.. i have access to anything i want so i was thinking at least 6 months gh 2ius ed winny tabs 50mgs clen 2wo 2w off and test cyp. i was told to scatch the winny and use tren A with the gh and cyp and clen is optional . what do u guys think any info would help and also how would u guys run it . i can also get other stuff in replace of what i named if u think it would be better.

    ITs a lot for a beginner and I would say trash it all without knowing your current stats. What is your BF%, age, weight, height, cycle history, YOUR CURRENT DIET and how long have you been lifting. Do you cardio now?

    28 yrs old 6"4 265 about 19%bf been lifting since high school played arena football the past 4 yrs but no more this time last yr was about 310 playin ball lost 45 lbs past 9months from strict diet and heavy cardio . i:ve cycled before but wanted to loose weight before i did it again . my diet looks like this

    Meal #1
    3 egg whites
    3 oz. lean protein
    1/2 cup oatmeal before cooking

    Meal #2
    Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Protein powder, 4-6 frozen or fresh strawberries and 12-oz water
    or
    4 oz chicken breast (or lean protein), 1 cup lettuce & 1 apple

    Meal #3
    6 oz. chicken (before cooking) (or lean protein)
    6 oz. sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    1.5 cup vegetables or salad with 2 TBS. Low Cal Dressing

    Meal #4
    2 Scoops whey powder
    4-6 strawberries
    12 oz water
    this is before workout

    Meal #5
    8 - 10 oz. 93% lean protein but once or twice a week steak
    2 cups vegetables

    Meal #6
    2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites, 5 oz. 93% lean protein , 1 cup vegetables
    Or: 4-oz chicken breast and 4 oz beef & 1 cup veg or 6 oz sweet potato
    Or: 2 Scoops casein protein powder, 12 oz water

    Supplement Programs
    2 Tbsp flax seed oil (1 in am & 1 in pm)
    Multi Vitamin w/ 1st meal
    10 BCAA's after w/o
    My workout is cardio 45 mins in morning then weight train in afternoon

    Wow! Bravo! Give you props for posting all this. BF% a little high but can be worked on still but it looks like your still dropping. a lot of people like to use clen for loosing BF becuase it works. I however cant stand the sides (jittery, sweaty, weird feeling, racing heart, etc...) Also, I would try to cut out a couple shakes and replace with whole foods like tuna, chicken, etc... Have you checked into HGH at all or was it just recomended to you?

    def will look into shakes i went to a big name nutionest and he set me up but will look into it... i did gh like 4 yrs ago for like 4 months but did like 4 ius ed with a test just to get stronger for football but was gonna do 2ius ed while cutting . i have a doctor who will moniter my blood work while i"m on stuff . i def wanna do gh but am not sure what to run with it as far as winny and tren . i know tren is strong and the sides affects are stronger then winny which i'm ok with just getting different reviews as far as what would work better with the gh .

    Are you talking about running tren or winny by themselves?

    no runny gh test cyp tren or winny and maybe clen as well.

    legobricks another thing about the shakes i work in construction so its easyer to wip up a shake and drink while i work then stop and have a small meal but will try too..

    Ahhh gotcha on the shake. Sorry if im not too informative today, late night and had to be at work very early which leaves me tired as hell....and its an office job so all I want to do is sleep!

    na its cool not gonna start a 6 month cycle with out knowing defitily whats gonna work for me...
