    i want to put on 10 more solid pounds this winter and compete next yr around 200lbs .dieting just burns you up .thanx for the compliments

    If u want criticism there isn't much
    most of the things u want will fix any problems
    Maybe a little more focus on the lets, big oak thighs would make your waist look even smaller.
