on Feb 7th I had ortho surg on my left shoulder. past week and a half SUCKED! the pain meds make me feel worthless but I've needed them. Been watching all of my gains go away every day. It's tough to stay on diet so I've been just eating everything.
Today I'm going to the gymn to try to work legs and do some cardio. Need to get some type of workout.
Anyway, any pointers would help. How long until I am back to about 90%?
