no u need to split the dose throughout the day so it stays in your body. if you do it once a day.. it will be really strong then gone till the next day..

try to take one every 6 hours.. and maybe schedule it so you can take one before your workout
i heard about the ups and downs of both ways so i personally split it up and do 10mg doses 4 or 5 times a day to try and keep it in my blood as long as possible
What about if its an oral.. Should that be split up into 4 different 10mg "shots w/grapejuice" or "custom liquid capsule" a day? not tryin to steal thread btw haha
Read the profile, active life of 6-8 hours. Taking it split up throughout the day would be ideal as it would keep blood levels stable which would result in less sides/better gains.

We just had a huge discussion on this here or maybe another board. Anyway the theorists all agreed on split doses. The veterans agreed that we've never seen any difference in the gains whether using split dosing or once daily dosing. Plus once daily is better because you don't have to carry a scheduled substance with you all day, adding to your stress.
I take the full daily dose 1.5 hours before training. Tried both ways and haven't noticed a difference in weight gain but taking it all before training has made my numbers go up more than the split dosage method.
Ill have to agree with this to a point. ITs recomended you split it up throughout the day to achieve the best gains and minimal sides. Ive seen it used both as well as I. Sides get a little more unstable (imo) when taking once daily. Gains really didnt notice on myself (only tried for a week just to see some effects emotionally) but the other guys using 50mg once daily still had great gains. ITs probably best to split it up tho to keep stable blood levels.
Ive also found that taking it once per day helped my appetite as taking it split up KILLED my appetite but gains as well as sides were all good. Only sides i hated taking throughout the day was exteme heartburn and a stomach that always felt full. Taking it at once did make me a little more emotional which I hated and that is why I opted to take it split thorughout the day. Also the active life of dbol is between 6-8 hours so splittin it would be ideal.

the way i do it is i take 20mg when i first wake up with the rest of my pills (multi ect..) then i take 40mg post work out .
I have always gone between the once a day and what is recommended. I know to keep blood levels stable it is best to split up into multiple doses since the half life is short, but as others have stated I don't like to carry it with me during the day. Generally I'll take half of my dose in the morning before going to work, and the other half in the evening. In normally ends up to be about 12 hours between doses, so not as bad as the once daily, but not as good as the recomended 4-5 doses per day.
i usually take it in the morning then 30 minutes before my workout.
I've heard that the later you take it in the day the more it will shut down your nat test bc the hypothalamus triggers it in the first hours of sleep. I'd do the morning/hour before workout split then let your testes do some work at night. That's if you're not stacking it with anything
I have seen a post in this forum on this. The poster (I forget who it was and I apologize) brole done how much of the compound was running through you at all times with each splitting doses and taking all the dbol at once. Nonetheless, it came out to be more beneficial to take the dose all at once in his theory. As stated above, Many differing thoughts on this.
