    I need to know what testerone i should take with deca (Organon).
    PM me please. i dont want to mess up my testerone lvl that much with the deca

    test cyp or enanthate will be best because you can shoot it once or twice a week with your deca.

    AIR, what are your stats, 18 yr old and 165 ?

    IMO you are not ready for AAS, especially dec/test. I think a little patience and work on your diet for about 2 yrs will be in your own best interests.

    I know it's not what you want to hear but again in your best interests....

    where one thing is ive been training for about a year and a half because i used to only weigh like 110 and i have a big desire to just weigh somewhere between 180 and 200. i would absolutely love to weigh around that weight. ive been skinny my entire life and i gotta start somewhere. one thing is i dont have two years. im goin to the marines. and ive done all the studying and they do not test for roids. ive been reading and asking former marines for the past 8 months. so i just need help and i have a diet together. but its only gained me 40 pounds and lately ive been sick and ive lost ten of it. so pls if anyone can help me pls.
    ive got six months till me shipout date.

    5'10-11
    weight 165
    metabolism: high
    bench press: 225
    not actually ripped but almost there.
    My diet for the past couple of months has been megamen vitamins the bulkpack.
    umm cytogainer, three shakes a day, n.o. xplode. i tried nx nine (pricey but works for me at least) i eat alot of meat and alot of salad along with bread.
    thats bout it.

    see i was goin to go test enanthate at 300mg/week and 200mg/week of deca..
    for the first couple of weeks then go test enanthate at 500mg/week and 400mg/week of deca.. after my body got used to it or should it be the other way?

    dude .. you want to start higher so it gets in your system... im not a fan of pyramiding .... just start with what your going to stick with ...... and just run that for like 10weeks on the deca and 12 weeks on the test..

    You are at a perfect weight for your height in preparation for bootcamp. Concentrate on improving your cardivasular fitness as well core and upper body fitness, forget the steroids.

    but the thing is i wanna take a year off and then go in next year. i just wanna gain a lil bit of weight like do just one or two cycles.
    i gotta alot of crap to catch up on due to the fact that i never really knew my family so ive been thinking about telling my recruiter to let me go and come back next year. i just wanna be heavy. i hate being moderate. this was me last year
    ( i ) the i was me walking down the hall in school. i was skinny. i would clack my bones on stuff all the time and it hurt. i want to be an ( 8 ) i want to have a figure and not clackity bones and crap. right now im in great shape good cardio and everything but i want to be more i want to feel and weigh more. and the only way i know how is to do a few cycles. just a few.

    I think you have alot more maturing mentally and physically before you begin using aas. Like Njord said, focus on endurance and mental toughness for now and when you get out and into school then you can start a bulking diet and lifting. You're way to young and no where near being experienced in lifting or eating to start steroids.

    youve got plenty of natural room to grow at your age..the reason youre not gaining so much is b/c your diet needs improvement..if you cant gain naturally at your age, then youre not gonna gain or keep much from steroids..diet is the biggest factor in this game

    You will most likely make some modest gains, then lose them as fast as they came because your diet is not sufficient to gain or keep weight.

    i think the only reason i havent been gaining though is because ive been sick like every month for the past three months like i used to weight around 175 and actually i prob weight around 160 now maybe i dont know. probably now because at the moment im sick. so i dont know im thinkin of just trying it and seein how it goes and if it goes good ill let ya know

    considering you don't eat nearly enough to gain lean body mass you might retain water during your cycle and gain some strength that will all go away once your cycle is over. You can't build a house without a good foundation. Add another 20 pounds of lean mass on your body by training and eating right then consider steroids. At your age, you'll be surprised at how easy this will come. It just takes determination and self motivation. You're looking for the easy way out now so what makes you think that you'll be able to maintain gains made on cycle once you stop?

    well i believe once i stop being so dar n sick and stop throwing up so much then i will prob gain but its so hard to do with school. i gotta pass my senior year which may not happen i only passed one class last semester. and the thing is, is that i may be able to gain it but at the same time yes i do want the easy way out. but ive been working on my body for about a year and a half and recently i havent made any gains and im losing my motivation. i just want some good results for a while just to get back into the game.

    sounds like it. Stop typing on the computer and go get something to eat. You've got alot to worry about and messing with your hormones at your age isn't something you need to add to that list. Enjoy being young and get in top physical shape for boot camp like I said earlier.

    i dont play any sports.. all i do is go to the gym everyday and work out. thats it. thats my entire life. this is the first time ive been on my computer for more than 30 minutes.
    the reason im stilll in high school is because the month i was born in my school wouldnt let me start. so i had to wait a whole year.

    ok so i guess i need to diet then? so can anyone tell me how to get the 20 pounds i need. im ripped at 165 and 5'10-11 and so i need to know how to gain the 20 pounds by eating not taking anymore cytogainer.

    I had to chime into this thread even tho a lot of questions have been answered. First off, you are no where near your genetic potential as you are very young, have not learned about a proper bulking diet, and jsut started lifting seriously for 1year and a half. All this boils down to "You are not ready for steroids." A lot of users start using AAS even tho they have not hit there genetic potential BUT in turn they know what a true bulking diet is, and they are 21 and older. Steroids aid in the growth of muscle BUT without a proper bulking diet you will not grow. Steroids are not Magic Beans, your body needs food to grow, period. Also Work out natty until you hit hte marines, whether you use AAS or not there is always going to be a bigger dude when you get to boot camp. During boot camp (ive gone thru it) you will be fed 2-3 times a day and they give you shit time to eat (like 1-3 mins to scarf down a meal). They dog the crap outta you and all you do is run run run run and more running. Yeah you do pullups, pushups, more running, and other calistetic exercises but you will LOOSE weight while in. Wait until you get outta boot camp, start a proper bulking diet and lifting routine, then think about AAS. Now is definately not the time.
