I am 42, 6'4", 225lbs. Currently my food intake totals are the following:
175g. protein 45.7g. carbs. 195.9g. fat Total calories 2,901.
I calculated my BMR to be (taking into account activity level) to be 3,327 calories needed to maintain my weight. Also, 340g. of it should be protein. What are the break downs for fat and carbs?
Also, I just can't see myself eating 8x a day. Is there a way to condense it some?? Thanks.
