First time poster but long time reader, great site by the way. I'm thinking of taking growth for 6 months, I believe that is the concensus on here. as for my question, I have shoulder problems in my left shoulder with an impinged nerve. This is also causes pain in my elbow. I have read that this will help repair some of the "dings" that I have. I played ball, well walked on years ago as well as bench press competitions (thouroughly overrated!), I'm sure these are the reasons for being beat up.
Info about me:
I'm 32 and workout 6 days a week and mix in some cardio as well. I'm 5'10" 215lbs. at about 11-12% BF I've done 7-8 cycles in my life. Never HGH.
