    Smile aaaaah clen question

Ive read a few posts and they are confusing whether it is clen, or t3 that if you do too much cardio you will lose muscle..and i REALLY dont want to lose muscle and since im going onto day 4 of my clen cycle tomorrow im hoping its t3...

BUT if it is clen..what can i do to stop it..

Also..any one currently or previously done the guerilla cardio workout?
I think i am going to start doing this tomorrow morning!

guerilla cardio should be treated like a workout. don't do it on empty. do moderate level cardio in a fasted state. and clen is anticatabolic, t3 doesn't differentiate between fat and muscle, so it could be catabolic to muscle tissue. but clen is almost worthless without a good diet.

well i have a good diet now..ive made a solid diet over the past two days and ive used fitday.com to help me figure out all the proteins carbs n fats..and i planned on doing the Guerilla cardio in the morning before i ate or did anything so i would be fully rested and ready to go..

I wasnt planning on actually doing all 8 sprints at full speed..because i knew i am not at that place yet where i can do that..so i figured i would work my way up by running them at like 60 or 70%..still not a good idea?
