Here is my diet plan that I came up with. I would apprectiate any feedback. My goal is to cut. I am 6'2 215 pounds and about 15-20% body fat.
Wake up: 5:00 a.m.
3 lipoflame and 45 min of cardio (ride the bike)

4 eggs and a scoop Of Whey Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
550 calories/53g of protein/34g of carbs/22g of fat

Meal 2: 10:00 a.m.
1 turkey burger, 2 cups of green veggies, 2 fish oil pills and 2 flax seed oil pills
203 calories/24g of protein/4g of carbs/12g of fat

1 b.s. chicken breast tender, 1 and a half cups of cooked Brown Rice
410 calories/32g of protein/64g of carbs/2.5g of fat

5 amp02 and 2 lipoflame with 1 scoop of whey protein and 5g of creatine
120 calories/24g of protein/3g of carbs/1g of fat

Meal 4: PWO Nutrition 5:00-5:30 p.m.
1 scoop waxy maize starch right after workout
15 min later take 2 scoops of whey protein
240 calories/55g of protein/23g of carbs/1g of fat

1 b.s. chicken breast tender, 2 cups of veggies, 2 slices of whole wheat bread
305 calories/35g of protein/40g of carbs/3g of fat

2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 2 fish oil pills and 2 flax seed oil pills
278 calories/48g of protein/6g of carbs/6g of fat

I know most of you like a lot of carbs after workout, but I can't seem to be able to drink 2 scoops of waxy maize starch after workout. Maybe 1 scoop and a 1/2 cup of oats? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you in advance and I will respond back asap if you leave any comments.
