Im 25 5'10 175 pounds I don't know my body fat percentage but i know it has to be really low I have wrestled since I was 8 and i have been doing serious lifting since I was 18 im in great shape I train MMA 3 days a week and lift 4 days a week hour and a half workouts.Plus extra activities like snowboarding,softball, wakeboarding,paintball etc.

Ok well you have a lot to learn. You have all the right ingrediants that are just timed incorrectly. Test should be run throughout the cycle. Pyramiding doses like the dbol is a big no no. So I would do the cycle like this

week 1-12 Test C 500mg/week
week 1-10 Deca 400mg/week
week 1-4 Dbol 50mg / ED


You need to shoot the test and deca in the same syring twice a week on Mon and Thur. Thats at 250mg of Test and 200mg Deca

Dbol is there to kick start the cycle, the Test takes about four weeks to start being effective.

Leave the Winny out you dont need it for a 2nd cycle. What do you have planned for PCT ?

damn thats a pain in the ass. If I was you I would change the doses to what I told you and pretend you are starting the cycle now, two weeks wont kill you but start now as if its the start of a 12 week cycle. Remember your diet as well, at least 3000 calories a day and 350g of protein a day

that deca needs to be run for at least 10 weeks and the cyp should go min. of 8-10 as well. actually you need alot of work bro so you best do a little more research before doing this to insure max. results and min. damage to your body

do you know why you need post cycle therapy for starters? it would really help you to have an understanding of what these hormones actually do to your body..you just cant take some stuff here and there and expect results..certain things work in different way..listen to Kales advice..he knows his shit too

Hey kale i have clomid,Hcg, and tamoxifin i was thinking of running the tamoxifin 10-20mg through the whole cycle

big no-no dont use tamox with deca, and test should be run 2 weeks longer then deca, like they said u need to do alot of reading and im doing the exact cycle kale stated above and have put on 17lbs so far 5 weeks in so i would highly recommend that cycle but u need to do some more research first
