Try and get hold of some Proscar (finasteride) if your worried.

It works by blocking the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which is what converts Testosterone to DHT. (DHT being responsible for hair loss amongst other things)

I was taking minoxidil and propecia before my cycle to stop hair loss as I suffer from male pattern baldness. It was fine and you couldn't even tell there was a problem with my hair thinning. Just past five weeks in my cycle now and my hair is literally falling out everywhere, when I wake up in the morning I don't even bother looking on pillow because it scares me. I'm taking propecia, minoxidil, Nourkin and using a special shampoo from the hair treatment centre I go to. I dread to think how bad it would be if I didn't have these considering its awful at the moment.

They say you lose about 50% of your hair before you notice you're having hairloss. That said, Spiractalone 5% at night, Nizoral 2% shampoo and you should be safe as long as you have test e floating around. If you want to be absolutely sure, then yes to propecia 1mg/day. Yes, that last one will affect gains.
