    post-shoulder injury cycling

hello all- awesome website/forum here. i need some advice on my upcoming 2nd cycle. I am 39 years old, around 5'10" and currently 185 lbs.

I have done 1 previous cycle, which lasted 13 weeks but was unfortunately cut a bit short due to a shoulder injury. That cycle finished 9 weeks ago and consisted of 500mg/week testosterone ethanate (the only anabolic) + 1/4 mg Arimidex per day + 0.5 mg Avodart per day. I thought it was a pretty moderate 1st-time cycle and I went from roughly 180 lbs to a much more lean 195 lbs.

Unfortunately, I reaggravated an old shoulder injury while maxing out on some butterflies. The injury was so painful that it completely shut me down. My diagnosis was a slightly separated A/C joint + a sprained rotator cuff, with the subsequent swelling causing nerve impingement. It's now 9 weeks later, and with rest and diclofenac, my shoulder feels almost back to normal.

My question for you guys is this: I am now accumulating my gear for a 2nd go, and I am hoping for some advice on which anabolics i should use. I have the testosterone ethanate, but am wondering which 1-2 additionals i should gather. any tips?

oh- i should probably mention that once i shut down, i began my pct with the recommended HCG, clomiphene, and clenbuterol. i lost a lot of my gains because i was totally shut down, but i am still 5 pounds heavier and much more lean.

I would wait til my shoulder is back 100% and not almost back to normal. Are you working out now and working the shoulder?

yeah- i am doing really light weights to rehab the shoulder, as the doctor recommended. Shoulder feels good as new when i take the diclofenac, but gets a little sore if i stop taking it for a couple days. i really want to start up another cycle. its bumming me out to to watch my gains dissappear and not be able to work out to get them back.
