I really don't know what happened to my last thread so I'm making a new one.
Sorry, I'm new in this.
But as I was about to say in my last thread..
I'm eating like a horse, and always has. But that's not helping me achieving my goals.
I want to get 5.8 (1.75 cm)+ and I think I have to take chemicals to get to that hight.
I have all my life to grow muscles but only now I have a chance at growing in hight, so that is my priority right now.
By the way, I have been training since I was 13 and began serious weightlifting when I was 16.
But I have had a break the last two years. So I know a lot about bodybuilding, but less about anabolic steroids, HGH and so on.
So thats what I need to learn more about.
So what will help me grow in hight?
