I am 21 years old, 187 lbs. Currently at 12% BF and im 6". I lift 5 days a week for about an hour and a half, and 2 days a week I do an hour of cardio. I have a pretty strict diet of 4-5 meals a day consisting only of white meat chicken and mixed vegetables. I also consume a little over a gallon of water a day. My main goal is strength increase; it would be nice to reach 210-220. I read through a lot of the articles on here and numerous other sites and came across a few cycles for beginners. I'm thinking of doing something like 4 weeks of dbol and 7 weeks of test e followed by a pct of chlomid and nolva. What do you think? Any suggestions or critiques?
