    Fish Oil?

    I have been reading alot about fish oil lately and want to add it to my diet. Is there any particular brand that you guys prefer? Thanks

    If cost is not an issue I'd go with Nordic Naturals, if price is an issue I'd try Now Brand.

    Just make sure whatever you buy, it is molecularly distilled. COSTCO has a cheap and decent product with EPA= 400 and DHA= 200.

    My go to for liquid fish oil is Carlson.
    My go to for caps is FlameOut due to the high ratio of DHA, as well as COSTCO's Health Balance brand.
