    Test E Deca D-bol cycle

    i was gonna do a 500wk testE and 400 deca with some d-bol for the first 4 weeks should i up the test and or deca? im 195 about 14% body fat

    Hard to say without stats and cycle history, but dosages look fine. Run the test for 2 weeks longer than you run the deca.

    that's pretty much the cycle im doing now, im loving it... i ran the deca a little late though, but its a great cycle!!

    what week are you on and how are your gains ? also BF% up or down?

    im on my 5th week, im up 25lbs, which is nice, bf% went up aswell, not by alot, i think its more water then anything, i just started running an AI today.

    just last week i added more cardio, and my abs are comming in good, a little bloat, but that was mostly from the dbol i think

    should i do 500 Test and 400 Deca 2x a week for the first week = 1000 testE and 800 Deca for the first week to front load. i read the front loading thread and besides 3 migraines and 2 nose bleeds i think this is right

    i know you should lower the elnth but i was going to do a longer cycle

    well i don't know much about front loading, cuz ive never done it, but test 500, deca 400, sounds good to go man.

    thats what the dbol is for to front load in the begining of a cycle, be careful when you jump test up to a g and deca to 800mg i did towards the end of my cycle about a yr and a half ago, and got great gains but the higher you go the more sides

    Hey I dont get why your doing so much cardio with a bulking cycle either.
